Introduction
Instrument using micro coulomb's law principle method (electricity), sample injection titration in the pool, the water in the sample that react with iodine in electrolyte, by calculating the electricity consumption of iodine raw power, according to Faraday's law, calculate the corresponding sample moisture content.  
Scope of application: used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, medicine, health, environmental protection, food production and scientific research work in the material such as water monitoring.   Accord with a standard: SH/T 0246 standard.
